Wood frames are hand made out of grade # 1 poplar hardwood.

They feature an offset two finger mortise & tenon joint for superior strength and durability. (See Picture Below)  By making the strongest wood frame on the market, we're also able to stretch some of the highest mesh tensions available for wood frames. 

Frames are finished with one coat of sanding sealer, which is then hand sanded.

And the finishing is completed with a coat of clear lacquer, for solvent and water resistance.

Frame profiles range from 1” X 1” through 1-1/2” X 2-1/2”

Sizes range from 3” X 3” to 120” in length. (*Wood frames are not recommended any Larger than 48” due to frame flex and cannot be guaranteed against warpage).

Mesh counts range from 24 thru 460.
